The AADA welcomed the opportunity to provide a submission in response to the regulation options proposed under the Motor Dealers and Repairers Act to further regulate licensed automotive service and repair work in NSW. The AADA supports safe working practices, appropriate training standards and the provision of a safe automotive working environment, and prefers Option 2 out of the three provided.
