The AADA welcomed the opportunity to respond to the draft legislation on unfair trading practices affecting consumers. The AADA supports the government’s objective of strengthening consumer protections and improving market fairness and transparency but also calls for the legislation to be expanded to include business to business (B2B) conduct for better outcomes.
