In this submission, the AADA responds to the Productivity Commission’s exploration of economic impacts of national competition reforms on Australia by highlighting key industry concerns, including the significant power imbalance between dealers and franchisors, unfair contract terms and trading practices, and general issues with the move to an agency model in the automotive industry.
